In English the sentence, "Hey you" can be singular or plural. However, structural things like English being Subject, Verb, Object, Location, Time, whereas Japanese being Subject, Time, Object, Location, Verb means that if you have a sentence that gets interrupted, different information gets omitted that doesn't allow you to create 1:1 versions of that sentence fragmentation.īeyond that, Japanese doesn't always specify singular or plural, and also omits the subject when it's contextually implied, and not all languages can have that lack of specificity. It does make learning a language interesting though. Alphabet isn't too big a difference since they're all just words. Overall for a free 4 track EP, its a tad underwhelming for my liking, I was hoping for some deep lore stuff or maybe something more interesting but what I got was like cobbled up together EP and does not feel coherent enough, perhaps a few more tracks could save this EP, but at the end of the day what's done is done and I’m sure her fans would enjoy this track.Pierce Arner 1y Kanji vs. Also it adds to the duality of the characters nature from her "diss" track towards the bird in a previous track to now this sentimental and almost romantic view of her. While she wasn't spitting like the way she did before this track definitely felt it had the most thought and heart put into it. Her views on life as an immortal being tasked to kill for all of eternity, the idea of living again and possibly romance towards a mortal being is one that I think is interesting. The final track Live More WAS BY FAR THE BEST TRACK, this one actually expanded a bit on the deep lore of her character and actually got emotional. Where at least the 2 track previous provided something and felt different. It felt this song was just put in here because they needed an extra song. The beat was kinda generic and the drop was kinda lame and really didn't do much. The song "Dead Beats" is also pretty forgettable to me this was the worst track in the whole EP. Most shocking however is that this was supposed to be a diss track to Kiara, but it never felt that way except for the one line where she mentions her but as said previously really doesn't add or even detract from their relationship, in the end it just feels weird, though that dice roll at the end was a nice touch. Say what you will but CALI CAN SPIT, and there were some funny or witty word play granted they were sparse and few like when she said "Is along the lines of "you reap what you fuckin' SEISO"" which in it self I admit I got a good kick out of it but unfortunately she followed it up in the same chorus with "DIEjobu" which yeah at that point she's kinda taking the piss. This goes especially for the most popular track "Excuse my rudeness, but could you please RIP?" this was the big debut track as it appeared on her debut stream and as far as catching me off guard goes yeah, definitely caught me off guard. It just felt weak, since it really did not give us much of an insight of Mori as character. As far as production go, it’s pretty decent, there were some tracks that felt weak from a production stand point most notably the first track "Reaper Rapper?" which was supposed to be in some ways an introduction track to Mori Calliope the character and as well the cast of the new Virtual English Youtubers. Virtual English Youtuber Mori Calliope or as she most well known as Cali first effort in to music (at least as the Mori Calliope name) and as such I will be treating this as if this was her first record ever. Mori Calliope new EP provide some decent tracks but does nothing to advanced her character or provide anything worthwhile.
